No, this is not what you'd call the 'cell block' of prisons. This is a cell block far from it. With walls painted white, the paint strokes still visible. The lights mounted on the cielings really reflect on it. Evenly tiled hallway painted black and white leads to many rooms lining left and right wall. There are no bars but black doors with slits on their thick and reinforced depths show that one can look in, but the one-sided glass shows none can look out. what you see on the inside is the white padded cells that some people fear.

Here on what the staff call the dead floor is what females need, everyone needs to be clean sometimes you need a bathroom, right? But one must wonder why the wash rooms must be on the top floor?
